Enjoy this breaded monk's bouquet. A delicious melt-in-your-mouth treat!
Peel the pears and slice them into large pieces. Melt the brown sugar, sage, and butter together in a pan. Add the pears and let them caramelize gently. Cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat, and set aside to let it rest.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the cheese in half. First, coat them in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in sliced almonds. Place in a baking dish.
To finish, bake for 15 minutes. Serve on a plate with the pears and caramel.
