 2 Egg
 2 Oil
 1 Breadcrumbs
 2 salt
 2 Pepper
 1 Lemon (its juice)

Soak them in beaten eggs in a large bowl.

Coat the slices of eggplant dipped in egg with breadcrumbs on both sides.
