Enjoy my easy homemade bolognese sauce recipe using a food processor. This Italian recipe is perfect for pairing with your pasta or for layering in your lasagna.

Ingredients
 500 Ground meat
 500 Tomato sauce
 1 Onion
 1 clove Garlic
 Parsley
 1 Tomato paste
 1 Sugar
 1 dash Olive oil
 Salt
 Pepper
Directions

Peel and chop the onion and garlic into quarters.

Place the onion, garlic, and parsley in the bowl and blend for 5 seconds at speed 3, then scrape the sides with a spatula.

Add the olive oil for 3 minutes at 100°C on speed 1.

To finish, add the ground meat, the sugar, the tomato puree, the tomato paste, season, and set for 25 minutes on reverse mode at 90°C on speed 1.
