Ingredients
 2 Golden sesame
 2 Black sesame
 600 Pumpkin
 40 Butter
 1 Liquid honey

Peel the pumpkin and cut it into pieces. Cook it for 5 minutes in boiling salted water.

Rinse it under cold water, drain it. Brown the pieces of pumpkin in a pan with butter.

Once golden, add the honey, allow to caramelize slightly over low heat, pour in 1/2 cup of water into the pan, and let cook for 6 to 8 minutes.

Mix the two sesame seeds on a plate. Coat the pieces of beef in the mixture by pressing down on them.

Sear the rump steak pieces for a few minutes in a little oil in the pan.

To finish, serve immediately with the caramelized pumpkin and a little cooking juice.
