 2 Banana
 ½ Lemon juice
 Powdered sugar
 30 Butter
Chocolate sauce
 20 Liquid cream
 100 Dark chocolate

Chocolate sauce: Place the cream and chocolate in a bowl and melt in a double boiler or microwave. Keep warm.

Spring Rolls: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel and slice the bananas into rounds. Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Melt the butter in the microwave.
