Wash the sorrel leaves in clean water, then wring them out.
Peel the banana and cut it into 1 cm slices.
To finish, in the blender bowl, place the banana and the sorrel, squeeze the lime to extract the juice, add it, and then blend everything without adding water until you achieve a smooth consistency. Serve chilled.
