If you love moist banana bread, this one is for you! It's a super healthy cake, easy and convenient for using ripe bananas. I don't know about you, but I've been a fan for a while.

Ingredients
 40 Flour
 20 almond flour
 100 Fresh cheese
 1 egg
 80 banana
 15 Almond
 15 Chocolate
 10 almond puree
 1 Baking powder
Directions

Mash the banana.

Add the egg, the yogurt, the almond puree, the flours, and the baking powder.

Add the chocolate in large pieces, then the chopped almonds.

To finish, bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees. Personally, I love to enjoy it cold after a few hours in the fridge.
