 4 Egg
 8 Sour cream
 4 pinches Grated Parmesan

Preparation of the squash. Cut the tops off the squash. Remove the seeds by scooping them out. Boil in water for about 20 minutes. Drain.

Preparation of the filling: Cut the bacon into small cubes. In each squash, place 1 tablespoon of crème fraîche. Add 1 tablespoon of smoked bacon, a chicken egg, and cover with the second tablespoon of crème fraîche.

Cooking Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with a pinch of grated cheese. Bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes (the time may vary according to individual preferences).

Garnishing At the time of serving, present the squash topped with its lid.

    Steamed precooked squash and indeed one of them broke. Bacon and raw eggs. The children don't eat the flesh, so it's a shame. Concept to improve even though the idea was nice. For the cutting, cook everything beforehand and then cut the top, like a pumpkin.

    By following the recipe, the egg is very lightly cooked. Additionally, the children tend to only eat the mixture and not the flesh of the squash. To make it again, scrape out the flesh and use a hotter oven for cooking.

    It's enticing, but there are errors: the boiling overcooked the squash, which fell apart, the bacon should have been browned beforehand; it was raw.
