Enjoy Greek flavors with this baked feta recipe. Vegetarian and summery, this dish consists of roasting feta in the oven along with cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions. Perfect as a starter, for appetizers, or as a side dish.
Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Peel and slice the peppers and onions.
Place the feta slices in a dish, then add the chopped vegetables. Drizzle with olive oil and add the oregano.
Bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C.
Upon removing from the oven, sprinkle with roughly chopped fresh herbs.
To finish, serve hot with grilled pita!
