Reduce the red wine with cinnamon, cloves, chicory, and chili. Add the sweet and sour sauce and chicken stock. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Strain. Warm up again. Off the heat, add the chocolate, then whisk in the peanut butter. Check the seasoning. Blend with an immersion blender if desired.
