 12 Asparagus from the Landes region IGP
 4 White ham
 50 Milk
 30 Butter
 3 Flour
 50 Grated cheese
 Salt
 Pepper
 Nutmeg

Peel your asparagus and cook them in salted boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain them and set aside.

Prepare a béchamel sauce: melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the flour. Gradually mix in the milk until you achieve a smooth sauce.

Salt and pepper to your liking.

Lay out your slice of ham, place 3 beautiful asparagus spears in the center, and then roll it all up.

Place in a dish and then cover with béchamel sauce. Sprinkle everything with cheese. Bake in an oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
