Recipe for Apple Tart on Apple Compote

Place the dough in a tart pan and prick it with a fork. Add the filling.

Cut the apples (remove the skin) and place them in the mold.

Put the egg in a bowl with the cream, sugar, and milk. Mix well as for an omelette, then pour the mixture into the mold.

To finish, bake for 30 minutes in a medium oven.
