 10 Butter for the mold
 2 Egg
200 Sugar (a mixture of white sugar and brown sugar)
 1 Vanilla sugar

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Melt the butter.

Chop the nuts and extract the kernels.

3

Peel the apples, core them, and cut them into pieces about 1 cm.

4

Mix the eggs with the melted butter, cinnamon, and sugars. Add the flour and baking powder. Fold in the apples. Finally, add the roughly chopped nuts (you might want to set aside 4 to 5 whole pieces to "decorate" the top of the cake).

To finish, take a loaf pan and lightly butter it. Pour the batter into the pan, place it in the oven, and let it bake for about 50 minutes (check with a knife). The cake should be golden on top and well-cooked inside.

Result far above my expectations. Simply exquisite. A thrilling golden color for the presentation, and a flavor that would tempt even the most seasoned of diabetics...

Successful cake, just out of the oven, it's very good! Fragrant and moist... for my part, I didn't add any nuts. The result is satisfying even if at the time of mixing the batter, it was quite thick. I will make it again!
