Discover this delicious apple and blueberry crumble recipe, a comforting dessert perfect for autumn evenings. The combination of caramelized apples and juicy blueberries, topped with a crunchy almond crumble, will delight your taste buds. Peel the apples and cut them into pieces. Melt 30 g of butter in a pan and caramelize the apples with the sugar for about 10 minutes, until they are tender.
Using your fingertips, mix the flour, almond flour, 60 g of diced butter, 50 g of sugar, and salt. Rub the mixture between your hands until it has the consistency of coarse sand. Refrigerate.
Distribute the apples into 4 small buttered dishes (or one large one), add the blueberries without thawing them. Mix gently. Top with crumble mixture, breaking it up well.
To finish, place in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, the top should be lightly golden.
