For the dough
 120 Butter at room temperature
 130 Sugar
 3 Egg
 200 Flour
 6 Baking soda
 1 pinch Salt
 1 Liquid vanilla
 60 Milk
For the icing
 200 Icing sugar
 110 Butter
 2 Milk
 1 Liquid vanilla

Preheat the oven to 175°C (thermostat 6) and line the muffin pans with paper liners.

With a mixer, whip the butter with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the eggs one by one, then the vanilla.

With the mixer set to low speed, add the flour, salt, baking soda, and milk alternately, finishing with the flour. Mix well.

Fill 3/4 of the cupcake liners with the batter obtained. Bake for about 18 minutes; when the tip of a knife comes out clean, the cakes are done. Let them cool before adding the frosting.

For the icing, beat the softened butter until it is creamy, then add the vanilla. With the mixer set to low speed, gradually add the powdered sugar. Then add the milk while increasing the speed. Beat well for 3 to 4 minutes until the mixture is light and fluffy. You can then color the icing with food coloring if desired.

To finish, using a piping bag, top your cupcakes with your frosting. You can now have fun decorating them according to your theme or imagination!

    I think we shouldn’t include a photo that makes it look appealing when everyone knows we’ll never achieve that presentation, but otherwise delicious, well done, great recipe, super delicious.

    Great recipe, except that due to the temperature, I had to leave my cupcakes in the oven for 28 minutes for them to be fully cooked. Otherwise, super delicious!
