I made almond milk and collected the pulp called okara to make this delicious cake.

Ingredients
 100 Unsalted butter
 200 Almond pulp
 3 Egg
 100 Sugar
 80 Flour
 1 Baking powder
 50 Dried cranberries

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Melt the butter. Let it cool. Mix the okara and the sugar. Add the eggs one by one. Mix.

To finish, add the sifted flour and baking powder. End with the butter and dried cranberries. Bake for 35 minutes.
