Ingredients
 6 Eggs
 180 Sugar
 250 Almond powder
 120 Butter at room temperature
 150 Ciflorette Strawberries

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Beat together the sugar and eggs until they turn pale.

Add the almond flour, then the soft butter. Continue mixing until you obtain a smooth dough.

Line the bottom of a baking dish with parchment paper (to help it stick, you can add a small amount of butter).

Pour the almond mixture on top. Wash and hull your strawberries. Cut them into fairly thick slices and add them to the almond mixture.

Finally, bake for 45 minutes at 180°C. Depending on the power of your oven and the size of your baking dish, you may need a bit more cooking time, so keep an eye on your cake.
