Mix together the shredded coconut with the coconut cream and the maple syrup.
Form about 8 small balls by stuffing them with a teaspoon of fruit mix.
Place them in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Then melt the chocolate in the microwave with the coconut oil.
To finish, dip each coconut ball in the melted chocolate. Place them back in the refrigerator for a few minutes so that the chocolate sets completely.
