A recipe for acai bounty balls. A delicious and healthy chocolatey snack that is suitable for EVERYONE! Whether you are vegan or not, this recipe is made for you.
Mix together the shredded coconut with the coconut cream and the maple syrup.
Form about 8 small balls by stuffing them with a teaspoon of fruit mix.
Place them in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Then melt the chocolate in the microwave with the coconut oil.
To finish, dip each coconut ball in the melted chocolate. Place them back in the refrigerator for a few minutes so that the chocolate sets completely.
