Omelette
 6 Egg
 2 Ham
 2 Sour cream
 Olive oil
 1 Curry
 Salt
 Freshly ground pepper
For dried or frozen fresh herbs.
 1 Mint
 1 Chervil
 1 Parsley
 1 Coriander

Break the eggs into a bowl, add the herbs, cream, and curry. Season with salt and pepper and mix with a fork, without beating.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the hot skillet. Bring the cooked edges toward the center and let cook for 5 minutes. Place a plate or lid that fits the skillet on top and flip the omelette onto it.

Pour a drizzle of olive oil in the pan, wait until it is hot before sliding the omelette in, uncooked side against the pan. Cook for 5 minutes.

To finish, transfer the omelette to a serving dish, fill it with ham, and roll the omelette up.
