In a blender, pour in the flour, egg, milk, olive oil, and a pinch of salt, and blend for about twenty seconds. Let it rest for at least 1 hour.
In a pre-oiled hot skillet, pour a ladle of pancake batter and spread it out. Cook for about a minute and flip the pancake. Repeat the process for the other pancakes. Roll each pancake up and cut into 3 or 4 small rolls.
