Recipe: Eggs in Jelly

For all those who love jelly, I highly recommend it. Moreover, it is very easy and quick to make.

Ingredients
 4 Egg
 ½ Green bell pepper
 2 Ham
 5 Still water

Cook the 4 hard-boiled eggs and peel them gently.

Prepare jelly with 1 packet of instant powder and 5 cl of water.

Pour a layer of jelly into ramekins and place the diced peppers on top. Let it set in the refrigerator.

Cut the 2 slices of ham into 4 pieces and fill the ramekins with 2 pieces in each.

Add 1 hard-boiled egg to each, then gently pour the remaining liquid jelly over on low heat.

To finish, chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Unmold the ramekins onto a plate and serve cold.
