This raspberry cookie stick recipe features the delicious combination of raspberry and white chocolate. These cookies, shaped like original rectangular sticks, are perfect for a snack that will impress your guests as well as the kids! For added indulgence, you can drizzle melted white chocolate on top or lightly dip the edges of the sticks.

Ingredients
 110 Soft butter
 90 Brown sugar
 1 Egg
 1 Egg yolk
 1 Vanilla extract
 200 Type T45 flour
 1 pinch Flower of salt
 1 Baking powder
 200 White chocolate in pieces.
 120 Frozen fresh raspberries

Cookie dough: Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Whisk the brown sugar and the softened butter. Add the egg, the egg yolk, and the vanilla extract.

Incorporate the sifted flour, the fleur de sel, the baking powder, and half of the white chocolate pieces. Mix until you obtain a smooth dough.

Grease and flour the pan.

Pour the batter, add the remaining chunks of white chocolate, and sprinkle the raspberries on top.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Let cool.

Slice the edges, then cut the cake in half. Cut into 8 rectangles and then carefully unmold.
