Preparation of the dough. Preheat your oven. Melt the butter in a saucepan. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour with the melted butter, then add the 3 eggs. Mix well. Add the sugar and the packet of baking powder.

Butter your pie dish and pour the caramel evenly over the entire bottom of the dish. Place the pineapple slices around the edge, or as your creativity inspires you.

Cooking Pour the mixture onto your dish and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C (thermostat 6). Insert the tip of a knife; it should come out dry. Unmold as soon as it comes out of the oven and moisten with the remaining juice from the can of pineapple.
