Ingredients
 8 Ripe banana
 Sugar (half the weight of the bananas)
 Lemon juice
 1 Amber rum
 2 cloves Vanilla

Cut your bananas into pieces. Squeeze the lemon juice to prevent the fruits from turning dark. Add the sugar, vanilla, and rum.

To finish, put on low heat and stir every 10 minutes. For my part, I cooked my jam for 25 minutes.
