Peel the clementines, separate the segments, and cut them into pieces.
Pour the sugar and water into a saucepan, add the clementines and bring to a boil...
Let cook over high heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally...
To finish, remove from heat and pour into a previously sterilized jar if you want to preserve the jam for a longer time. Close the jar and flip it upside down to expel the air.
