Here is a pumpkin soup with a lot of flavor.

Ingredients
 60 Onion
 110 Potato
 400 Pumpkin
 ½ Ground ginger
 1 pinch Chili pepper per bowl
 1 pinch Salt
 1 pinch Pepper

Cut the pumpkin into slices, then remove the seeds and skin. Cut the flesh into pieces about 2 cm in size.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Peel the onion and slice it.

Wash all the vegetables and place them in the chicken broth, add pepper and ginger. Cook for about 20 minutes until the potatoes can be easily pierced.

At the end of cooking, blend everything with an immersion blender and taste to adjust the seasoning.

To finish, sprinkle a pinch of chili powder on the surface of the soup just before serving.
