Here is a soup that will amaze with its delicacy and sweetness.
Peel the pumpkin and the cloves of garlic. Cut the pumpkin into cubes.
In a pressure cooker, place the diced pumpkin and garlic cloves, the stock cube, 3/4 liter of water, a pinch of nutmeg, and a little pepper.
Cook everything for 15 minutes in a pressure cooker (25 minutes in a pot).
When cooking is finished, add the portions of melted cheese and blend everything together.
