The recipe for these pumpkin and ham crumbles is really child's play thanks to the food processor. Get cooking!
Thermomix accessories; measuring cup, spatula, steaming basket.
For the crumble dough, place the cheese in the bowl and grate for 5 sec/speed 10.
Add the flour, butter, and salt, then mix for 20 seconds/speed 4. Transfer to a container and set aside.
The pumpkin compote. Place the onion in the bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed. Scrape down the sides of the bowl using the spatula.
Add olive oil and grated ham, then sauté for 3 minutes at 90°C on speed 1, without the measuring cup.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Butter some ramekins or a baking dish and set aside.
Add the pumpkin, salt, and pepper, then heat for 9 minutes at 90°C on speed 1.
Drain using a steaming basket. Distribute the pumpkin compote into the prepared ramekins, then cover with crumble.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 200°C. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, place a few knobs of butter on the crumble and gratin at 210°C.
Finally, serve immediately with a salad.
