This family recipe for pulled pork is a true delight as the meat melts in your mouth. It is perfect for enhancing a sandwich or a salad, for example.

Ingredients
 2 Pork Shoulder
 1 Onion
 50 Ketchup
 60 Chicken broth
 2 Bay leaf
 1 Sunflower oil
 Salt
 pepper

Peel the onion and slice it. Sauté it in sunflower oil until golden. Add the meat and brown it for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Place the onions and meat in a casserole dish suitable for the oven.

Preheat the oven to 140 °C. Prepare the marinade by mixing the barbecue sauce, ketchup, and chicken broth, then coat the meat with it. Add the bay leaves.

Bake at 140 °C for 4h30, keeping the pot covered. After 2 hours, turn the meat and baste with the cooking juices.

To finish At the end of the cooking time, remove the bay leaves and shred the pork using a fork while mixing with the remaining marinade. It's ready. Serve, for example, with a white sauce with paprika.
