Super simple, quick to make, quick to enjoy!
Roll out the dough in a tart pan and prick it with a fork.
Open the plums in half and place the rounded halves on the bottom of the tart, arranged in a rosette to cover the pastry.
Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and honey.
To finish, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Enjoy warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, for example :)
