A pizza to your liking, in no time at all! The dough is really perfect and very quick to prepare, I recommend this recipe!

Pizza dough
 300 Flour
 3 Olive oil
 1 pinch Salt
 1 Baker's yeast
 15 Lukewarm water
 1 Sugar
Topping
 2 White ham
 Tomato sauce
 Black olive
 Oregano
 Sliced green bell pepper
Directions

Preheat your oven to 220°. In the bowl of your mixer (or a regular bowl), place the sifted flour. Make a well and add the olive oil, yeast, sugar, and warm water. The salt should not come into contact with the yeast; you will add it later. Mix at medium speed until a ball begins to form. Add the salt. Mix until the ball completely separates from the bowl.

On your floured work surface, knead your dough (press it with your wrist, form a ball, and repeat). Then roll it out using your rolling pin.

Finally, place your dough on your lined baking sheet. Add your filling, finish with a drizzle of olive oil, and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.

    We tried this recipe and it was a success for a first pizza to my taste, just one downside: too much sugar ????. But it was perfect; my kids loved it and are asking for more. 😁😁

    I add herbes de Provence to the dough, then I spread a thin layer of mustard (or mustard with honey for those who don't like too much heat) before adding the topping.
