A delicious recipe for blondies topped with pistachios and raspberries. A true treat! Food photographer: Céline de Cérou.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, pistachio oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Incorporate this mixture into the previous one until you obtain a smooth dough.
Pour the batter into a 20×20 cm square pan.
Sprinkle the raspberries and chopped pistachios on top.
To finish, place in the oven and let cook for 30 minutes.
