Preheat your oven to 180°C. Take out your cake pan. Remove the pineapple slices and keep the syrup.

Mix the softened butter with the sugar until it forms a smooth "dough." Gradually add the eggs while mixing the mixture. Slowly incorporate the flour while stirring. Finally, continue mixing by adding the baking powder and vanilla sugar.

Prepare your caramel in a saucepan by heating your 150 g of sugar.

Place your caramel in the bottom of your mold, then arrange the pineapple slices.

Incorporate your mixture into the mold on top, then place your cake in the oven to bake. Wait 30 minutes. Check from time to time.

Once the cake is baked, turn it out onto a dish and let it cool. Once the cake has cooled, soak it with a little syrup.
