Pear Fondant: the easy recipe

Excellent. I used 70g of sugar for the dough and 50g of butter for the finishing sauce, and everyone loved it. You can melt the butter in the microwave on low power. Very easy recipe, the kids helped easily.

Excellent recipe, I make it very often during this time with fresh pears and every time my guests enjoy it. The dish is always empty! Nothing to change.

Hello, it says for the butter 80 grams...? 80 grams is a lot, so if someone could reply before I finish, that would be great lol.

Thank you for your recipe; the cake is delicious and light; a treat. I used only one packet of baking powder; I think that's enough.

Extra A very moist cake with beautiful pieces of melting pears. However, it is important to correct the recipe on one point, as only 2 teaspoons of baking powder should be used and not 5 as stated in the recipe. Otherwise, if you follow the recipe to the letter, it’s foolproof. My suggestion: I think this recipe can be made with many other fruits.
