Superb peanut butter mousse, make sure that the mascarpone and the liquid cream are very cold (for better consistency) and if you want to turn it into ice cream, just freeze it and blend it again a few hours after you've put it to cool.
Blend or whip everything and let it rest in the refrigerator.
