Peanut caramel tart recipe

Dough
 250 Flour
 75 Butter
 5 Peanut butter
 1 Egg
 100 Powdered sugar
 1 Vanilla sugar
 1 pinch Salt
Topping
 350 Unsalted peanut
Caramel
 250 Sugar
 4 Water
 50 Liquid cream
Directions

Mix the ingredients for the dough by hand or with a mixer. Form a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Roll out the pastry and line a 30 cm pie dish with it. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Place weights or dry beans on top. Remove from the oven and let it cool. Fill with peanuts.

To finish, to prepare the caramel, melt the sugar with the water. Let it cook until a not-too-dark caramel is obtained. Remove from heat and stir in the liquid cream. Pour the caramel sauce over the peanuts and let everything cool. The caramel will set as it cools.

    Way too sweet, too bad!!!! I will try again without powdered sugar for the dough.
