Discover this recipe for Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, a cookie truly made for those with a sweet tooth.
In a bowl with a mixer, whip the two butters and the brown sugar until the mixture is creamy.
Add the flour and baking soda. Gently mix to obtain a homogeneous dough. Finally, add the chocolate chips. Place the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Make small balls of dough using an ice cream scoop, then roll them in vanilla sugar. Slightly flatten them by placing them in a staggered pattern on baking sheets.
To finish, bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the edges are golden. Allow to cool before removing from the tray with a spatula.
