Ingredients
 6 Apricot rolls, you can make a homemade sponge cake.
 Sugar if your fruits require it.
 30 liquid cream or whipped cream from a can
 23 icing sugar

Mix the cream with powdered sugar, place in the siphon, close it, and charge with 2 gas cartridges. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours horizontally. Peel the peaches and cut them into small pieces. Sprinkle with sugar and let rest for 1 hour in the fridge.

To finish, cut the rolls and place them in the jars (2 per jar), add the peaches in the middle, and cover with whipped cream. Serve immediately, garnish with a peach wedge.
