Ingredients
 2 Fresh salmon steak
 1 Green bell pepper
 2 Tomato
 1 Onion
 1 Dry white wine
 Olive oil
 Salt
 Pepper
 Parsley

Cut the vegetables into small pieces and sauté them in a little olive oil. Add the glass of white wine, season with salt and pepper, and let it simmer gently.

Add the salmon fillets on top of the vegetables and cook covered for 30 minutes, adding a pinch of salt with herbs.
