 200 Milk
 10 Egg
 50 Grated Emmental cheese
 150 Broccoli florets
 150 Cherry tomato
 5 Butter
 Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cut the beans into large pieces and pre-cook them with the broccoli florets for 3 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain.

Whisk the eggs with the milk, season with salt and pepper, and add the cheese.
