A recipe for roasted sweet potatoes with cheese, nuts, and mushrooms. Enjoy the sweetness of oven-baked sweet potatoes with garlic cheese for a meal you won't forget. Add mushrooms for flavor and nuts for texture, and you will make everyone happy!
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Wash and dry the sweet potatoes.
Place the whole sweet potatoes in a baking dish and bake them for 40-45 minutes.
Remove them from the oven and cut them in half without going all the way through.
Coarsely chop the walnuts and slice the mushrooms thinly.
Top the sweet potatoes with walnuts and slices of mushrooms.
Spread the garlic cheese over the sweet potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180°C.
Once everything is cooked, sprinkle with chives.
To finish, serve with a salad of your choice.
