I don't have an electric waffle maker, so I made waffles in the oven using silicone waffle-shaped molds. The cooking time is longer, about 20 to 25 minutes. We really enjoyed them.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a mixing bowl, beat together the flour with the baking powder, sugar, beaten eggs, orange blossom water, melted butter, salt, and milk using an electric mixer. Let the waffle batter rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes (the batter will be less liquid).
Fill each cavity of the molds with the mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Unmold and let cool.
To finish, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy a treat.
