Discover this old-fashioned apple pie recipe. This easy recipe is reminiscent of the famous apple pie! It's a perfect dessert for a snack.
Preparing the apples Peel the apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the seeds. Drizzle with cider, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, vanilla seeds, and mix.

Preheat the oven to 210 °C. Place one of the puff pastry sheets, keeping the baking paper, in a pie pan. Spread the apple mixture on top and cover it all with the second pastry sheet. Firmly seal the edges of the two pastries together. Brush the pastry with the beaten egg, create a small opening in the center, make light decorative incisions, and bake the pie for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven at 210 °C.
Serve: Once out of the oven, pour the cream gradually through the spout and enjoy while still warm.
