    Umm... it's cooking but not rising... I should have checked the reviews beforehand. Indeed, without yeast, it turns into a big nut pancake...

    Without it, it gives nothing!!!

    I added 1/2 packet of baking powder and did not add the lemon, baked at 180° for 35 to 40 minutes depending on the depth of my pan.
