A nice little recipe learned in Norway, perfect with smoked salmon or salmon gravlax. The mustard and dill sauce enhances the gravlax with its sweet and tangy flavors. Perfect for gravlax salmon, however, I suggest a lemon dill cream sauce on the side because there are always those who are resistant to sweet and savory combinations.

So good, not just for gravlax; it pairs very well with raw vegetables. This little hint of sweetness reminds me of sauces from Northern Europe. I had replaced the honey with maple syrup. I recommend it, and the whole family is asking for more.
