Here is one of my favorite desserts, molten chocolate cake. I can't resist its gooey center. Chocolate lovers are in for a treat! It's a perfect dessert to enjoy on Valentine's Day.

Ingredients
 50 Butter
 130 Dark chocolate
 1 Flour
 3 Egg
 100 Sugar
 12 Dark chocolate square
Directions

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and then add the butter.

Mix the sugar, flour, and eggs in a mixing bowl. Add the melted chocolate. Mix well.

Grease 6 small molds and pour in 1/3 of the mixture.

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

Place 2 squares of chocolate in each small mold, then pour in the remaining mixture.

To finish, bake in the oven for about 10 minutes; the center should be soft. Serve warm.

    Very good, this is the first time I've made this recipe. Given the comments, I left them for 15 minutes. But I should have left them for 12 minutes because the center was not runny. (convection oven). But still very good.

    Perfect, this recipe is miraculous. I forgot the butter and it still works. All the other recipes are super complicated but not this one.

    No way, this dessert is amazing! I replaced the butter with coconut oil (I can't have butter, sniff) and served it with mango sorbet... but for those who can have milk, there was vanilla ice cream + fresh raspberries.

    I made this little recipe, it is very easy and very good, very well explained, but the only problem is that the chocolate squares did not melt after 12 minutes in the oven.
