Minestrone is a thick Italian soup made with vegetables and pasta. Here is an easy minestrone recipe that can be prepared using a kitchen appliance, perfect to enjoy with family or friends.

 120 Pipe pasta
 150 Potato
 100 Carrot
 100 White bean
 100 Tomato
 100 Zucchini
 100 Red bell pepper
 1 Onion
 20 Olive oil
 1 Water
 1 Herb bouquet
 Salt
 Pepper

Peel the vegetables and cut them into cubes of 1-2 cm.

Peel the onion and chop it finely for 5 seconds at speed 5 in the bowl of the food processor.

Add olive oil and the vegetables and cook for 10 minutes at 90 °C, in "Simmer" mode.

Add the herb bouquet, water, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 15 minutes at 100°C, speed 1.

To finish, add the pasta and cook again for 6 minutes at 100°C, speed 1, in reverse mode.
