Deviled eggs come in several variations. Here is a quick and easy recipe for deviled eggs with salmon.
Cook the eggs in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes. Then stop the cooking by plunging them into cold water. Peel them.
Cut the smoked salmon into thin slices.
Cut the eggs in half. Remove the yolks.
Mix the crushed cooked yolks with the mayonnaise. Add the smoked salmon, chopped dill, and lemon zest.
To finish, pour the mixture into the egg whites. Garnish with capers. Serve chilled.
