 8 Egg
 250 Powdered sugar
 200 Flour
 65 Butter
 2 Vanilla extract
 2 Rum
 1 Hot milk
 25 Cold milk
 1 pinch Salt

Preparation of the dough Break the eggs into a large bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and rum. Add a pinch of salt. Whisk everything together and let rest for 5 minutes.

Add the flour and mix everything together again.

Meanwhile, boil the milk. Once hot, add the butter. Once the butter is melted, add the cold milk. Pour all the milk into the mixing bowl and stir well once again.

Butter a mold and pour all the contents of the bowl into it. Place the mold in the oven in a water bath for 60 minutes at 160°C.
